Market Manager

The Pella Farmers’ Market is seeking to hire an organized, enthusiastic, and community-minded individual to serve as our Market Manager. Working under the direction of the Board of Directors, the Market Manager is responsible for the successful day-to-day operation, promotion, and administration of the Market.

This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming, family-friendly market that supports local growers, producers, artisans, and small businesses while serving the greater Pella community. The position is part-time, seasonal (year-round planning with Market season May through September).

The Market Manager is responsible for ensuring that every Thursday evening market is well-organized, welcoming and enjoyable for vendors and visitors alike.
