Nick's Greenhouse is looking to expand our team by adding an experienced part-time Floral Designer who will bring fresh ideas, artistic flair, and add to the great energy in our shop. From crafting stunning arrangements to keeping our floral displays on point while delivering top-notch customer service, you’ll play a big role in spreading beauty and joy.

What You’ll Do

• Design custom floral arrangements for events, everyday displays, and special orders—bringing customer ideas and seasonal inspiration to life.
• Care for flowers from the moment they arrive, making sure everything stays fresh, beautiful, and ready to shine.
• Help customers choose the perfect blooms and gifts, sharing your knowledge of floral design and plant care along the way.
• Ring up sales using our POS system (Square experience is a plus), including cash handling and basic retail math.
• Keep the floral design space clean, organized, and safe so creativity can flow.
• Work closely with our team to create an experience that goes above and beyond for every customer.
• Juggle multiple orders with ease while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in floral design or related field required.
• A customer-first mindset with a friendly, professional approach and great attention to detail.
• Retail experience, including POS systems (Square experience is a bonus!).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
