A Typical Day for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Hearthstone/The Cottages: 

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals with a 2:16 ratio.
• Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment. 
• Conduct routine health monitoring.
• Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities. 
• Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols. 
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.

Compensation:
Base Wage $16.92 & credit given for years' of experience.

Shift Differentials:
Evening Shift: Additional $3.00/hr 
Night Shift: Additional $4.00/hr 
Weekends: Additional $1.00/hr
