We will cover how to create a strong recruitment strategy that reaches today’s workforce. And, along with where to find talent, we will touch on how to evaluate candidates effectively, and how company culture plays a key role in attracting and retaining the right people.
 
Compliance will also be part of the conversation, including what employers need to know about hiring laws, documentation, and risk management. And because hiring doesn’t end with an offer letter, we’ll explore onboarding best practices to set new employees up for success from day one.
 
Participants will leave the session with tools to help you build your unique story to attract people, a list of ideas on where to find people, and how to improve your success in onboarding people so you retain them after you find them!
